First off the bed that they expected me to sleep in was a box spring to a king mattress that was filthy they did not even have fitted sheets to fit their beds they just put one queen sheet across the bed so that your feet were hanging out touching the mattress and mattress pads. The mattress pad had hairs embedded in it doesn't look to be washed the comforter was filthy. The room itself had not been dusted and probably years the lamps and bathroom everything was dirty. The shower curtain on the inside looked like it had never been cleaned there was still other people's dirt and soap scum on the inside of the shower curtain. The water that came out of the faucet for hand washing and drinking fizzed like it was pop and then created an oil film on the top and then a circle of some kind of white bubbly substance that laid on the top of the cup. There was feces on the wall behind the toilet. There were pubic hairs still on the floor in the bathroom. The carpets appear to have never been shampooed or cleaned just run over with a vacuum cleaner. When I went downstairs to address the situation because I had paid for several days five actually there was no one in the office nor were you able to get into it there is just a cardboard box outside the door that said drop key cards here. When I was finally able to get a hold of somebody there at the hotel he not only was rude but he proceeded to argue with me.
