The hotel staff was nice everything went smoothly. I loved that they upgraded my room. It was a lovely room! I appreciated that they did that for me. The only thing negative that I experienced was a fire alarm going off 7am in the morning. Obviously that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. But we got in late, so that ruined our sleep. I hope they caught the person that pulled the alarm!

I had a great stay however, there was a fire alarm that went off and there was no communication as to what to do . My 7 year old was scared by the noise. I was waiting for an announcement and there wasnt any. I used to work for a hotel and i know there is supposed to be an announcement so the fact that i had to call the front desk and they said "no you dont have to evacuate your good" was pretty bad.

I think I should get my money back. I been using that hotel and last night. A person went inside my room. With another key. Front desk said it was a mistake. How can I feel secure when another person goes inside my room

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were wonderful

No issues. Smooth check in, would stay again. Cheaper alternative to staying in Newport.

Super clean like if they just built the place really friendly staff I actually left a large tablet and I was almost to my car and they went after me to say you forgot your tablet that was amazing we will most definitely go back soon

Lovely, newly refurnished room. We were only there one night, but beds were really comfy. Great, big TV, wonderful reading lights with USB charging. Sink & counter were separate from the toilet which is nice. Would've liked to have had a microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby to use. Only disappointment was that I was looking forward to a soaking bath and there was only a shower even though the website said the room had a tub.
