Hotel is extremely run down and maintenance is lacking. Safe inoperable in all three rooms, bulbs out, hair dryer didn’t work in one room. Corner damage to most every corner. Hallway smelled of smoke and so did first room before asking to be moved. The AM staff was sufficient but not friendly. Walls were thin and trash truck woke us up. That being said, we chose this hotel for the pool and water slide. For this reason the stay was satisfactory. We weren’t expecting 5-star but the kids enjoyed themselves. The pool had no safety equipment at all.

Hotel is dirty and needs a remodel/updating. Staff was friendly but didn’t hold guests to rules. It’s a non smoking hotel but saw (and smelled) many people on our 3rd floor smoking. Past people in the hallways numerous times with cigarettes in their mouths. The designated smoking area is at the main entrance - just a bad idea in general. Pool was nasty. Would not recommend for families. Spend the extra $15-$30 a night and go somewhere else.

This hotel needs a lot of work. Things are broken, dirty, and if your going to spend the money pick somewhere else. With the amount of money they charge for rooms they could be updating or at the very least maintaining the property. With Covid you would think it would be cleaner.

The furniture and bedding were dirty. Would have been a nice place if it were clean.

We stayed for a quick get away from home. The kids had a great time in the pool and the staff was very courteous and helpful

Very dated. Carpeting in hall was really dirty. Ice machine in lobby broken. Back door was broken.

Door badges on outside were broken, front desk help wasn’t helpful, elevator buttons broken, slide was broken (reason we chose it). Won’t be staying there again.

Great stay if in Colorado springs. Water slide a pool was great.

The hot tub was dirty brown water, light bulbs were burnt out in our room, no toilet paper in our room, they ran out of shampoo and conditioner. No house keeping for the 4 nights we stayed. The door to our room we had to force it open with our body’s to open it, the door sticks. And it looked like dry blood was on the wall by the window in the room. Also the WiFi sucked it did not work at all.
