There were no towels in the room. Had to go downstairs to get them. Other than that the stay was pretty good.

Working out of town,stayed at this hotel.Hotel met my needs.Clean,quiet and friendly staff.Any problems I had were taken care of in timely manner.eg.refrig not working,toilet didn't flush one time,room key let me down a couple times.Overall good stay for me.They are working on the freeway and on/off ramps traffic bad but not the hotels fault .Also if staying for extended time make sure you have reservations for Fri.Sat & Sun as they will sell out rooms.This happened to me one week but they worked with me and I didn't have to move.

Air conditioner didn't work. Reported it and nothing was done. Next morning shower had no hot water reported it and nothing was done. Showered my family of 4 in cold water. Cancelled my reservation for the next 2 nights. Front desk lady refused to do anything to compensate us and then lied to the hotels.com rep when asked if we reported issues.
