This is a 4-star hotel at best. Would probably be rated 3 star in many parts of the world. Room, facilities, services are overrated based on my experience

Beautiful window over the river looking at the twin steeple church in the old city. (One of the many churches.)

Very good place near to city center except reciption employee were very tuff when i ask her to change my room with another one cause iam not satisfied with the view without sun and i booked 14 days its along period and need to change my room as soon as possible but she refuse with avery tuff answer “”no””

Tophotel. Nice rooms with amazing view located down to the canal just opposite the old town and next to Holstentor. Highly recommended

No hot water in the morning and I was offered no compensation.

Very nice hotel.Clean rooms and friendly staffs.Close to the city center.

Sauna was on maintenence and indoor pool was freezing.
