The rooms are comfortable with everything you need—if you need anything the owner and staff are supper quick and happy to help. Winston even gave us the number of a driver on Lombok. The pool was great after dusty cycling. The only downside was the 4am call to prayer, take advantage of the free earplugs.

It’s newer so everything is cleaner and the owner is very accommodating!

Amazing place to stay, we loved our time here. The owner of the Hotel is so kind and caring for us during our stay. My husband and I both got food poisoning when we ate at another restaurant and he went above and beyond to help us to feel better, even going out to get us medication. If this hotel is available then STAY here, you won't regret it ! Fantastic location, fantastic pool, fantastic host !!!

Jago was superb. It was modern, clean, and had a lovely pool and surrounding area. A few mins from the beach walking, or rent a bike directly from jago. Downside, you can hear loud local announcements nearby.

This place is brand new. The owner, Winston, is awesome! We loved the pool and the landscaping. The rooms are perfect, and the location is great! Central to the beaches, restaurants, and shops! Love Jago!

We spend 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It's a brand new boutique hotel in center of Gili Air. It's about 10-15 min. walk from port area where a staff member came to meet us to help my wife carry her bag. The interior and exterior of the room is modern, with a spacious bathroom and porch. We like that the hotel provides free cold or hot drinking water on request. Breakfast is minimal focusing on western style only and doesn't offer allot of variety however they were happy to cook 'nasi goreng' (fried rice) for my wife per request. The owner and staff are very friendly and always available from morning to the evening for any inquiries. They also offer bicycle rental to guests but we found that the bike seats are really uncomfortable for a long ride exploring the island where you still have to walk half of the time as some of the roads are sand roads especially the one along the coast. I'd recommend this boutique hotel for couples who are looking to spend some nights in Gili Air.

We had a nice stay at Jago. But if you are a light sleeper the mosque will wake you up. We used the earplugs provided by the hotel and one out of three nights it didn’t help. But we knew this and wasn’t a big issue for us. Not even sure if you can choose a hotel were you don’t hear it. Nice breakfast options. We tried the massage which could need some improvement. Seams like they just need a bit more training, and the spa room itself is very nice. Location is nice very near the Harbour and many restaurants. Easy to walk both to good snorkeling spots and beach to relax at. The rooms are not very big but you will have enough space. The bed was a bit hard for my taste but my partner thought it was good. We are very happy with our choice to stay at Jago!
