ホリデイ・イン シカゴマート プラザ リバー ノース (シカゴ)

This is a terrific hotel. The ONLY issue is the confusing layout for check-in, that is, on the 15th floor. Then, to get any place, you have go back down to the 1st floor and negotiate different escaltors and/ or elevators.

The gentleman who checked us in (I sure wish I got his name) went out of his way to give us a room with an incredible view. We really appreciated this and will be back again soon!

We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn for a family wedding. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms, though needs update, were clean and comfortable. The location of the premise was ok. Overall our stay at this hotel was nice.

Hotel is so-so. Location is great, but the shower in my room didn't work. The water only came out the bathtub spigot; the diverter to the shower head was broken. Was there for two nights, I asked them to fix if but they never did. The blinds in the room were also broken. Other minor issues as well. Hotel isn't a disaster, but I felt like, for what I was paying, it should have been a bit better.

I loved the stay, we had an amazing river view and the hotel is conveniently located near the major tourist attractions. The hotel staff is friendly and quick to respond to any service requests.
