Hotel was nice. Bed was comfortable. There was a very loud couple in the hallway and in their room at around 3am. I heard a knock on their door twice with someone asking that they keep it down. They didn't and the police were called. The police escorted the loudmouths out. THANK YOU HILTON for not ignoring the problem and taking action. I would stay again for this reason alone.

Nice hotel. Will stay again. Hopefully try the restaurant next time

The room was lovely, business like but luxurious and relaxing with great room ammenities. Love the Crabtree & Evelyn bathroom products! Love it there!

Stay was nice u til there was a party next door and they were smoking week and cigarettes. I was so tired from the day I fell asleep at 1 when I woke up at 6am they were still partying. I let the front desk know when I checked out that they were smoking because I did not want to get charged because the smell came from next door

Heat didn’t work all night other than that it was smooth

Excellent hotel

Parking is $27.00. I think that’s outrageous. The water in the shower doesn’t get really hot & the vent in the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since they built the place.

In a smoke free hotel my room sure spelled like smoke.

Found the clerk at the front desk to be irritable and unfriendly/unhelpful. She was short with the customer ahead of us who was simply inquiring if the room had a fridge as she was a diabetic. Seemed quite insensitive. We asked if she could match the price we had found on line and we might as well have asked her for a kidney. Probably wouldn’t go back.
