I didn’t actually stay that night... There were just things that concerned me as I saw situation.

No hot water and no resolution once I brought it to the attention of the front desk and then no response to my email to them about it after the fact as well. Work on your customer service.

The location was easily accessible, the rooms were clean, and the staff was excellent- friendly and helpful!

Checked into room and it was very cold. Put the heat on and went out for an hour, came back and it was still freezing. Had to wait a while for them to change our room

great location to Salem, but room was dark and no option to open windows and get fresh air. staff was not very friendly.

The room was dirty with hair earrings and something (coffee) spelled on the wall the tube was peeling

Painless check in. Great for a weekend stay! Rooms was great! King size bed was very comfy

The backboard to the bed was tore up ans falling apart and there was dirty bed sheets.

So we reserved a junior suite 2 bed room, and I called 3x before coming to ask questions about the junior suite.. Then at check in I found out they dont have a junior suite. So we had to get 1 extra room for 1 night to make up for space. Then lets talk about the elevator and ceilings and paint etc. they said they newly renovated but the only new things was the lobby.. Finally lets discuss the fact that there is no microwave in your room. First time I never had 1. Lastly the location is beside an abandoned restaurant and the deposit they charge I was adv it takes 5-7 business days for it to put back on my card. Pool water is freezing cold as well. Also for a 2 bed room they only give you 2 towels, so be prepared to get extra.The only good thing was the bed was comfy.We will never stay here again!
