Great place to stay!! Very clean, modern and very fine decorations. Free and plenty of parking. Great rates!! My first choice whenever I’m in the area.

We request a room for 5 people and they assigned us one for 4 people , they offered us an additional bed , they never came with it, the service is terrible and the cleaning service of the rooms is also very bad.

Terrible service. Requested a folded mattress to fit everyone in the room and it never came. No one knew how to fix the air conditioning and one of the front desk ladies were straight up rude when we arrived! Terrible stay.

Beautiful hotel but not a good service
I made a reservation for a three night stay with family. Had a great impression at check-in since the building was nice, lots of parking space and beautiful lobby. Customer service at the check in and check out was nice and friendly. This is my complaint: -Stayed for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned (no changing sheets, towels, vacuum, etc). I went to the lobby third day morning and asked if she could send someone to clean my room as they hadn’t yet and she was like “we clean every other day” then I answered “ I know, today’s my third day. Could please send someone?”. She did not apologize and only said she will try. What happened to the cleaning every other day?? Long story short, my room was never clean and I had to call for towels on my third night. :( - Room service not working: I called room service and asked for water to be sent to my room and they told me they did not do that and that I had to go out of my room and get it from a vending machine. I had to get dressed and come out :( This was my story. It these things are corrected I think the hotel would be perfect.

Everything is great at this hotel, have stayed numerous times. this visit we had a room on the first floor and the HVAC system could not be regulated properly.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous the facility was very spacious and clean, the restaurant had tasty food. I have stayed there multiple times in the past few months they are undergoing a large renovation so I am curious to see how that affects the price of rooms in the future
