We had neighbors in a room next to us that partied all night. The noise was crazy and there was alcohol and marijuanna smell that was terrible.

It’s ok if your there to sleep and go. It is a little dated but the staff are excellent!

Clean property. Friendly staff. Convenient shuttle. Food etc within walking distance.

It was great for a one night stay

Staff was friendly but when I went into the room there was someone else’s leftover food on the floor. Not sure if they vacuum.

I have never had such poor service for a check-in. We walked up to the counter, the employee asked if we were checking in. "Yes," I said. "Okay. Our wifi is down. Here you go," she replied, handing me the key card. That was it. She didn't even tell us the room number. I had to ask about the free breakfast. The hallways were dirty (trash lying on the ground), there was hair in the bathroom (on the soap tray and the door), and the employees (the girl at the reception desk and the shuttle driver) were sitting in the lobby on their phones.

The stay was okay, definitely was rated a lot higher than deserved online. The staff was fairly friendly, but the hallways were dirty, the bathroom was NOT CLEAN (visible particles in the shower), and I’m pretty sure there was a spot of mold on the counter. The elevators were extremely dated and disgusting, definitely did not make me feel like anything had been properly sanitized. Not to mention, the gate to come into the property was not working correctly for most of my stay. Would NOT stay here again. Only stayed because another location was really great, but this one was not anywhere near the quality of that stay.
