My wife and I had stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience. Not this time around. The hotel looks tired and the service was not the best. We had a slow drain and the headboard was "scratched" so that pieces of it stuck to my wife's head. The carpets are looking very old and the "corner" room was disappointing. Although nothing went particularly wrong, there are better options for the price.

Worst got stuck here and wasn’t compensated food was trash

Hotel was a little aged. Took 10 min to get hot water fo shower. It was clean and well kept, just had a bit of that dated hotel feel.

Overall it was great. However, the bathroom needs updating & to be cleaned more.

Great Stay. Paid parking and it’s not valet due to covid which is pointless. Parking was still convenient. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The parking garage is a disaster area! Definitely not work the amount they change. They tell you the parking is $22.00 but they actually charge you $24.00. For that reason I will not book that hotel again!

The location of the property was close to everything I needed to do while visiting. Wish the property had more dining options.

I chose this hotel because of the location and amenities. Due to the pandemic, most of the luxury services such as valet and room service were not available. There were a group staying on my floor that yelled, danced and sang in the hallway throughout the weekend.

The staff is amazing. I had pleasure of interacting with the front desk staff manager and bartender. I planned a romantic staycation for our anniversary and the hotel was unbelievably accommodating. Everything was very clean and we felt very comfortable for a stay during the pandemic. The hotel itself could use some updating in certain areas but its nothing to by pass for.
