Property was clean, Staff was friendly.

It is not the first time I stay at this hotel. I like it for its location, many places are within walking distance, including downtown. The room was comfortable, the bed was sweet to sleep in, especially after a long travel. The restaurant is good too, serving delicious meals. I liked to go to the pool and the hot tub in the evening, it helped to relax a lot. I would recommend the hotel management to put safe boxes in the rooms. That would really be helpful. Otherwise, I am happy with everything.

Very nice hotel in a good location. The restaurant was good. Staff were very friendly.

We spend two nights in the Holiday Inn Concord and the hotel was really full. Everything was very clean and we felt like lots of precautions had been taken for safety. Lots of families, which meant quite a lot of noise from the children.

Access to the main street of Concord was excellent. We could walk to restaurants and stores.

Tv did not include NFL net work channel for Thurs nite game.

Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel to stay in. I would go again. Pool area was great.

Staff was amazing. Facility needs updating. Cracks in places, shower curtain rod falling off. All in all, what I expected from an older holiday inn. Served its purpose of a bed to sleep in.

Annual bike trip to Vermont cabin. Stayed at this hotel twice now. We discovered EJ’s restaurant this time which we liked very much. The only problem was the people that were fighting in the room next to us both times. First time was around 2:30 AM, sounded like some kind of transaction gone bad and the woman was not happy. This time it was little earlier 12:30 AM but this argument went on for quite a while. Hopefully next year we can get a room with no neighbors.

Friendly staff, very clean, and extremely comfortable beds!
