Hotel staffs are not professional. At the restaurant, waitress was really rude. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Lobby/ bar area was really nice. Elevator, rooms looked outdated except for lamps, TV etc. Called the front desk to let them know that water was all over the floor due to a leaking refrigerator but no answer. I told them at checkout and the answer was they were busy last night and that's why they didn't answer the phone. That's not acceptable as far as I'm concerned. Also, the hallways/elevator REEKED like weed. I don't really care, but when traveling with a child, that's not something that should be happening.

It took an half an hour to check in. There were 15 people in line. No ice bucket in room. Called in a request & it never came. Asked again at the front desk &

Paid parking only. Additional holds put on cc unexplained and blown off until I had to get a 3 way call btwn my cc & hotel. Hotels.com screwed up the way they booked my reservation & split the 2 nights into 2 separate reservations instead of 1 consolidated reservation as i booked it. Took hours to get fixed as hotel only able to see 1 night booked & bc of it being split, charged 2 holds to card instead of 1 - plus additional hold for upgrade

When i pulled in there was a large group hanging out of vehicles in front drop off area drinking and being extremely loud...(i pulled in about 1am). Elevator smelled of weed...get to my room....and the shower toiletries provided in bath were empty. People in adjoining room were yelling dropping things...kids sounded as if they were running in the hallway. At this point it was past 2am. Called front desk...he said security would talk to them...they didn’t quiet down until well after 4am. So. No rest after 18 hours of travel.

We had an amazing time it was nice to get away for the weekend must do again

Friendly helpful staff. Shuttle drivers very good and pleasant. Convenient location vis-a-vis the airport.

Was laying over and flew in from a long flight, was first in-line for front desk & a flight crew came in and jumped the line, was pretty upset that front desk man, took them in front of me, when I was standing there patiently waiting for my turn next.

Good stay but not quite worth $200.. But I understand being so close to the airport and shuttle service..Did not use any on site facilities, just sleep and go..

Everything was good, food was okay, place was very clean, friendly service, bed was very comfortable, except that we had to pay $21 a night for parking which was located behind the hotel, it was an inconvenient.
