ブカレストを代表するホテル。最寄りの地下鉄Universitate駅には「PASAJUL INTERCONTINENTAL」とホテル最寄りの出口案内まである。 自分の泊った「CLUB ROOM」という部屋は1日1回21階にあるクラブラウンジが無料で利用可能。 自分の場合は朝食時にラウンジ利用させて貰ったが、ランチやお茶の時間、夜のバータイムなど時間によってサービスが違うので、自分の好きなタイミングで利用するのが良いだろう。 ラウンジは朝食時でも静かで、眺めの良い環境でゆったりと美味しい朝食を頂く事が出来た。 部屋の設備も申し分なく、バスタブは広くアメニティはロクシタン、無料の水にネスプレッソのコーヒーメーカーや滞在中無料で利用できるスマホまで完備。 国民の館側の部屋を滞在前にリクエストしてきちんと対応して貰えたし、コンシェルジュにツアーの予約代行もして貰え、様々な面で流石高級ホテルという感想を持った。 価格としては1泊2万円程度と良いお値段だが、特に初めてのブカレストという人には外れの無いおすすめの選択肢だと思う。

Good central location Hotel should settle the issue with parking area

Excellent room, location, view, and most of the interactions with hotel staff Best is that some individuals go out of their way to make that extra gesture, extra advise, and know to restrain from intrusion. An example is a young women Ingrid in the Hospitality suite, who is able to find that sweet spot between politeness, respect and warmth, and who gave excellent advise on Bucharest beyond her job description. If few staff would need to learn to smile just a bit more the experience wffould have been fautless. Even so, we much enjoyed the capability to liink work with wellness

I know this hotel was built in the 80's but was very clean and tidy. What makes this hotel special is the friendliness of the staff who went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable

Very high-class hotel! Great service, great location, great facilities. The rooms are a little bit old-fashioned, but everything else totally compensates this! Strongly recommended!

Nice room with a view. Small sauna, but they have three!

Old tired rooms, faded carpet & furniture Some makeshift panels below the windows screwed to the wall as some type of easy repair. Bathroom door was too short.. seemed more like a stall with a gap about 7 inches to the floor. Most important was the bed which was old with a big sag in the middle. Tossed and turned all night and woke up like a pretzel. Uncomfortable & unrestful. I indicated these things to the manager and he offers me a coffee & told me that next time I will get a better room. What a total insult!!!

Great location, friendly service, spacious room with a nice balcony, delicious food and amazing view at the business lounge on the 21st floor, as well as an awesome spa area including the indoor pool, hot tub and saunas.

Wonderful staff and customer service! The hotel is a little dated but we had a suite and access to the club on the 21st floor which was a nice addition to our stay! Overall, we would stay there again and highly recommend the suite and club lounge.
