ロケッツの試合を観る為に宿泊。トヨタセンターまで徒歩圏内。 すべてが豪華で部屋も広かったです。

No valet and no attendant to explain the parking situation the under ground parking garage. Garage was dimly lit and unsafe for night parking.

Room was pleasant, clean and quiet.

Made our Valentines weekend amazing despite the cold weather and COVID.

Had a beautiful view of the city. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The main reason for staying at this hotel was to eat at spindletop restaurant. Online shows open, hours of operations and full menu. When I went to chrck in thr front desk clerk Megan informed me the restaurants on site were closed. When i asked "even spindle top?" She reslonded yes. I showed her that it states open on website. She just reponded "yea ive been telling them to take that down" (she wasnt very friendly) She gave me my key to the room (which stated was stated to be newly renovated) , traveled to thr 26th floor, all the way ..only to find out thr key did not work. I went all thr way back down to be changed rooms. I would have expected with the price of this hotel for the room to be bigger than it was (ive stayed at hampton inns with bigger rooms than this) , and for paying extra for a top floor room to have a better view of the city than the top of a parking garage and another building with AC units. The only positive thing about this hotel experience was the valet service was excellent.

Overall experience was great. My family enjoyed the stay.

Hotel was being renovated which we did not know upon booking. No restaurant or bar open. The AC did not work, we had to move to another room. First floor totally gutted.

Entrance to hotel parking lot to cross over to lobby and no sign said lobby closed. HAd to go back with luggage and walk downstairs and cross street to get to check in carrying everything - no notification, sign, etc.

I booked this hotel on Expedia because I had stayed there before and enjoyed my stay. When we got there the entire lobby was under construction. Check in was at the car valet window. No restaurant, no bar, just a completely gutted first floor. Had I been told that this hotel was under construction I would have booked elsewhere. When I asked the lady at check-in she told me that Expedia should have informed me about the construction. I went back and checked my confirmation and there was no mention of any construction going on.
