We recently stayed at this property and were pleased with the staff and service. Although we booked a deluxe room, it was pretty basic. Could have used another bedside table and shelving of some sort in the shower as there was no where to put products except the floor. All that being said, it was a great location.

Five Plus Stars

I have to say this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is incredibly helpful, the facilities are immaculate, the pool is enticing and the breakfast buffet is substantial. We plan on staying here again.

Good place for those just spending time overnight. Rooms are clean, but ventilation did not work giving some odor to the room. Also breakfast is ok, but tasteless. Using same ingredients but preparing them with tasty recipes would make difference. Good swimming pooll with the garden.

The new rooms are at the front of the hotel, mine was a deluxe but at the rear of hotel, clean but rather dated furniture. Staff were good. Most annoying thing for me was : booking a VIP mini bus to Thakhek through the hotel..... the truth is the mini bus takes you to the bus station and dumps you on a public bus ride that took 9hrs, so travellers be aware when booking these VIP mini bus journeys

I was very disappointed that they charged me an extra three percent to pay with a credit card. This hotel is on a rather shoddy street And while the hotel is fine the staff at the front desk was anti- helpful and gave us incorrect information on several occasions. They are in The business of maximizing their profits while Minimizing the service provided to the customer.

The Staff are excellent and very friendly, but some of the linens in our rooms were moldy. It is rainy season though so it doesn’t take long for that to happen. However, once the staff was aware of it they took care of it right away. The pool was very clean and all the kids loved it.
