The information given at check-in was insufficient. Different rooms have different elevators, but there was no explanation. The breakfast restaurant was on the second floor, but there was no information about it.
What surprised me even more was that when the previous guest finished at the breakfast restaurant, the staff set the fork and knife without wiping the table. Furthermore, they set the napkin that had been dropped on the floor on the table. I know his name, but I won't write it.
