Amazing place to have a luxury break during Covid! We needed to have a Covid test 72 hours before departure to let us into Cyprus which made us feel very safe! Hotel is our lux lux. Expensive extras but they need to generate income to pay back for the incredible building and luxury. Amazing service! 3 great restaurents (especially the Japanese)

The hotel staff were excellent except one morning one of the pool boys removed my books off a bed because another guest wanted it and paid him to reserve it. When I asked why my books had been removed I was told the beds had been pre booked. I took it up with the manager and she assured me you can’t pre book beds and it would be resolved it wasn’t and the next day at 6.15am he reserved 8 beds with towels. Clearly the manager and the hotel turned a blind eye to this behaviour. Not acceptable from a five star hotel.

Outstanding hotel by all means. Professional hospitality,friendly staff, Restaurants are the best in Limassol and cyprus.

Fantastic brand new hotel, with an excellent design e.g. All rooms have a sea view. Beautiful grounds and pool areas, great customer servive and fantastic choice of restaurants with excellent quality of food. Strongly recommended.

Superb service, superb design, superb facilities, superb food, superb views, and a superb welcome.

Check-in process was amazing, we were sat down and offered prosecco while the front desk did all the paperwork. The room was very clean and the condition of everything was brand new (the hotel is less than a year old). Breathtaking views from the balcony (very big balcony). Room service was okay, the only problem i had with it was that we had to call in a few times before anyone picked up. The only major complaint i have with the hotel is that the Security officer was rude when we were entering the property. He asked us what we were doing there and if we were there for just a coffee (he did not believe that we were guests at the hotel and was asking very personal information) Overall, this was not a deal-breaker and i would totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a luxurious experience.

Great hospitality, spacious rooms, clean and friendly stuff. Especially Maya from the guest relation, was extremely friendly. The only negative point, I would say that when the lounge is packed, there is no privacy since you have to share a space of 2 couches if you are 2 people and not have the capacity to occupy both couches.
