We were running late so we called and the young man just said there is somewhere there 24 hours a day so he didn’t need to note the account. Which I’m the past has not worked out great but at least I called. When we got there it was easy to check in, staff women was nice, and we had an elevator to bring things to our room this time. We immediately opened the window, heard the crashing waves and then showered and headed for the beach at 11:30pm. There was a fire going that was unattended but so nice to have. The beach afforded us to see stars so clear b/c there’s a tree line along it stopping the light from the hotel too. People were looking for crawfish and rocks with black lights. Then suddenly a green haze came across the far shore and the Northern lights were sooo bright and beautiful! Room was spacious, bed soft but still firm, refrigerator not running for eco friendly reasons, and bathroom clean! Tub was pretty deep too, so big step down to floor but I was okay with that.
