We stayed here for a couple of nights as we couldn’t extend at their sister hotel next door and found it really comfortable. We got the larger room which was great for us to relax on of a morning and have our breaky on the veranda. The property is about a five minute scooter ride from El Nido but this suited us as we had a scooter for the week we were there. Tricycles are always out the front though and can take you into town for around $3. Staff were great and the hotel is French operated so good tunes by the pool and great food👌

The structure being there’s a balcony where you see the street side with a glass covered front then there’s the terrace where you see the pool side at the back. I like also that there’s a patio, convenient going to the pool. It’s just that there’s no elevator. It was noisy due to frogs esp at night time. Lot of ants on the coffee area. T’was bad timing coz due to heavy rains, wifi tv cable was very bad.

The Property is very peaceful and beautiful. This is a newer property. The staff is very kind and always working so hard. The pool is unique and relaxing. The rooms are very nice with huge showers. The outside food/bar area is nice. Great food, so much food and smiling staff. The only downside is laundry service, which is sent out. Took 2 days to get clothes back. Wrinkled and no irons to look proper.

The staff were amazing. They went beyond what was necessary. Such as booking all of our tours and travels. Breakfast is included but for the last day we had to leave at 4am, they arranged that meal to the night before as dinner instead. Really amazing. The negative would be the internet connection, but this was the whole island so I can't blame Moringa.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

When we first arrived the manager told us there is no WiFi in the room because “the mountain block the WiFi” so we have to sit in the lobby for WiFi, when we came in the room there was no water, and after an hour the water came back, but the water was brown and very dirty, Since the water was dirty and there was couples of time without water at all we decided to talk to the manager In the first day he told us it’s only in our room, the second day he told us it’s all over the hotel and the third day he told us it’s all over El Nido, unfortunately we already paid the money for 5 days on the first day as requested then we could not leave, the worst thing was the hotel renovations, the hotel was not even ready and since 8 in the morning till 5pm we had a lot of drilling, the room was FULL of mosquitos that came from the ceiling of the shower, the staff were hypocrites and lied to us about answers.

Lovely hotel

Moringa is a very good hotel to stay at if you visit El Nido. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and nice. We really enjoyed our stay here!
