My stay here was very comfortable - the staff at front desk were helpful, the hotel was clean, the rooms very nice and clean. The breakfast was impressive - loads to choose from - even vegan options (soya milk, and lots of fruits, good bread, olive oil etc). The only issue I had was with the spa - it was being cleaned for most of my visit, and when they opened the staff were not 100% helpful, I asked for a massage and they couldn't get hold of their staff to confirm, the staff member was around 10 min late etc. However when I actually had the massage, it was super.

Awesome new hotel near city centre

Location: perfect in City Centre with Dosyk Mall 15 mins walk Net: As a business traveller, I would rate as max 6.5/10 as did get lost connectivity quite a number of times, would be great if they can improve this Bfast: Apart from work station (egg) which does not have a hood to absorb ventilation, spread was generous and tasty but just an issue as biz traveler with clothes smelling before we start the day Room: Brilliant size, good movie channels, toilet well cleaned, pillows had two kind depending on preference Taxi: fairly affordable taxi service to aport at 5K Tenge one way and takes max 25 mins less there is traffic Definitely would stay again despite a couple of hiccups Just 20M away is Cable Car ride to a scenic view

Truly customer centered

The staff were absolutely wonderful. We had a very nice conversation with a number of the staff. They were always super helpful and seemed always willing to help and offer suggestions/help when needed.

Value for money

Initially was given a room very near the lift lobby hence requested for a change. Staff was kind enough to change it immediately. Room is new and clean. Hotel is near to many places of interests, restaurants and shopping malls.
