Vänliga människor som Jobbade där. Super fina mot vår Son. Hotellet är av äldre standard och ett trippelrum var litet. Allt var rent med sängkläder osv. Tycker dock att priset är Högt för standarden. Tillgång till strand precis nedanför ett plus. Tomater och feta på Frukost var bra samt yoghurtsås men annars inte någon kulinarisk upplevelse.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war hervorragend. Der Wasserdruck kombiniert mit einer kleinen Dusche mit Duschvorhang ist das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat. Der Rest war vollkommen okay. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen.

Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire et de sa maman, toujours à l’écoute et disponible. Le personnel très réactif avec le sourire. L’hôtel est à 10mn en taxi de l’aéroport Heraklion, 10 mn en bus du centre ville d’heraklion, un centre commercial à 3 mn à pied, Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Grande piscine dans l’établissement, plage accessible directement de l’hôte(pied dans l’eau) Si nous revenons à heraklion ça sera certainement dans cet hôtel.

The two-bedded room had separate beds, air conditioner and was cleaned every day. The personnel is hospitable and very friendly. The hotel is at a 5-minute walk away from two bus stations and there are great restaurants nearby.

It's a unique place. You've got to be the type of person that doesn't judge on face value to enjoy it. I really liked it. There's definitely some characters there. Badly needs a refurb but if it had one it would be busier and less enjoyable in other ways. Take it as you find it and don't judge too quickly

Gute Betten, sauber, Pool, Internet WLAN gut, nahe am Strand, gute Anbindung mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln(Bus) zum Airport und in die City, freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen, sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel hat für uns die ideale Lage. Direkt am Strand, sodass wir gut zwischen Pool und Strand pendeln konnten. Der Strand - perfekt. Wir konnten tolle Spaziergänge machen und der Sandstrand ist flach abfallend ins Meer. Perfekt für die Kids. Zu Fuß alles innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Busstation nach Ammoudara und Heraklion. Das Hotel ist sehr einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksbuffet überschaubar. Aber das wussten wir im Vorfeld und ist für uns kein Abzug. Es war sauber und alles liebevoll dekoriert. Wir sind keine Freunde dieser großen Bettenburgen und genießen eine persönliche Atmosphäre sehr. Wir möchten den Inhaber Ioannis hervorheben, der immer sehr um uns bemüht war und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben sehr nette Gespräche geführt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall irgendwann wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

My stay at Hotel Tsagarakis was fantastic. The owner is exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. The rooms were spotless, with fresh sheets and towels provided daily. The property features a beautiful pool and direct beach access. It's perfectly located, peaceful, yet within walking distance or a short public transit ride to livelier, tourist-friendly areas. They offer a traditional Greek breakfast and a kitchen for preparing other meals. The staff truly go above and beyond. I’d gladly return, it was a wonderful and authentic Greek experience.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt - absolute Empfehlung! Ich war mit meinen Eltern für 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel und wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub. Wir haben ein sehr schönes Dreibettzimmer mit einem traumhaften Meerblick und einer großen Terrasse bekommen - einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Der Hotelbesitzer ist wirklich außergewöhnlich - so freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend, wie ich es in all meinen vielen Reisen noch nie erlebt habe. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Liebe und Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber jeden Tag sehr lecker und vollkommen ausreichend. Auch der Poolbereich hat uns gut gefallen - sauber, schön angelegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die Lage: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand mit eigenem Zugang. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen, die man auch an den Strand mitnehmen kann, und das Wasser ist herrlich klar. Einfach traumhaft! In der Nähe gibt es fußläufig alles, was man braucht - ein Supermarkt, mehrere Restaurants und auch eine Bushaltestelle. Wir hatten ein Mietauto dabei, das bequem und sicher auf dem großen Hotelpark-platz abgestellt werden konnte. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und entspannt - perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The hotel seemed to be run by just one person and although very polite and friendly he was very slow. Check in took over 1/2 an hour. If you wanted a drink from the bar and he was checking someone in yhen you could have to wait that long to be served.

Ich habe für meinen ersten Solo Trip das tsagarakis Beach gebucht. Ich wollte keinen All in urlaub machen, sondern viel herumreisen und wenig Zeit im Hotel verbringen - dafür ist das tsagarakis eine extreme Empfehlung. Super kostengünstig und der Strand ist Flussläufig keine Minute entfernt. Der Besitzer des Hotels nimmt sich viel Zeit, um alles zu verstehen klären und bei Fragen zu helfen. Das Hotel ist älter, man darf also keinen Luxus erwarten, aber es ist sauber und für den Preis echt unschlagbar. Ich würde immer wieder dort hin reisen ☺️

As a Flight Attendant I saw a lot of hotels around the world, but no owner was as sympathisch, caring and friendly as Mr. Tsagarakis! He gave us such a welcoming and cozy feeling during our stay in his hotel. His mother and the whole staff were very friendly as well! The hotel is very idyllic and relaxing especially the view during breakfast. The room was very clean and cozy with an air conditioner, a fridge, balcony and a lot of space to stow the clothes etc.! I liked the quality of the breakfast as well with traditional Greek delicious olives and yoghurt, honey etc.! The sea is very close to the hotel, so you can decide where you want to swim: in the refreshing hotel pool or the beautiful sea. Around the hotel, there are many nice restaurants, Cafés and shopping opportunities. We will come again for sure and thank you by heart for everything! May God always protect your lovely souls!
