I slept very well and the walk in shower was amazing. I wished the indoor heater was working but the hot tub felt great. The only problem was the lack of signage from the main roads. I felt lost getting to the hotel.

Stayed 1 night on a trip to see our son. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and inviting. Hot tub at a great temperature. Room was clean and breakfast was ok, nothing special.

We have stayed a number of times in this hotel since it was new. However it has steadily gone down in our opinion - not in a big way but in steadily noticeable little ways. For instance, our room during this stay had a light bulb missing from one of the reading lights by the bed, the in room coffee maker didn’t work and the refrigerator had not been cleaned out and there were still two partially eaten pint containers of ice cream in the freezer part of the unit.

Great place!

The room was clean , quiet and had lots of room. Didn’t expect to have a full kitchen, that was an unexpected surprise! Bed was comfortable, ac was great! Checkin and checkout was fast. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable, told me about breakfast times and the deposit that would be needed and when it possibly would be back in my account . Happy trip!!!

Reservation got messed up which I am partial to blame due to not checking behind but it ended up costing me a lot more per night to get the problem corrected. The evening manager was like it’s not her problem so she very flat about. The keycards for the rooms had to be re issued 3 times because they were getting turned off. Met several people at breakfast who stated they they lived in the hotel which was not expected for a holiday inn. Several subjects eating breakfast that was either barefoot or in socks with pjs.
