1. We arrived at your Hotel around 16:30 to check in.
Although it was after check-in time, the room was not ready, so we were told to wait for 5 minutes. BUT we have been kept waiting for more than 30 minutes. He should have told us that we have to wait over 30 minutes to get the room ready in advance. I wonder why he had to tell us an obvious lie; 5 minutes!
Moreover, when we went to our room, our suitcase was not there.
We have to wait another 15 minutes to have the suitcase and get changed.
We have lost our precious shopping time.
2. On the second morning, we left a memo to the housekeeper to leave bottles of complementary water. But we found “Fiji” water (brand name of the water) on the night table which was printed as $12 on the bar list.
We didn’t want to be charged for the water, so we asked her if we drink “Fiji” water what is going to be? She left a memo telling us that we are going to be charged for the water. (this caused us to buy water at the super market)
Why did this happen?
She just took out the “Fiji” water from the fridge and put it on the night table.
3. On the third night, as we came back to our room around 7:00, there was no water on the
night table. So, we called the house keeping to bring us a couple of bottles.
BUT nobody came for over an hour. We had to call again. BUT, the result was the same.
We called the house keeping 3 times and then the concierge twice. After all, the concierge
himself brought them himself.
We have to wait 2 hours for the water. I hope this was not done on purpose,
4. On the first day, we used the bathrobes, but they were taken away. We wanted to leave them.
5. We left a memo for the housekeeper to leave a bottle of conditioner, but she left a shampoo instead.
She should be more careful about reading the guest’s memo.
6. The curtain of the shower booth should be placed inside the booth.
I took a shower in an ordinary way, but the bathroom floor got awfully wet. It took a lot of time to
clean it up.
I asked if there is any solution for this leaving a memo to the housekeeper, but there was no answer.
