"Staff was friendly, rooms were basic , it is family run hotel so staff was very helpful but we had some washroom issues upon arrival , they tried to fix it but still there was strong odour from the pipes , I am not sure if they had some temporary plumbing issues, otherwise room and washrooms were clean ."

"The location of the hotel is very good in the historical town. Very near the S.Pedro train station and the market ( only 5 min walk). We arrived late and departed very early both nights. We did not experience the daily activities or the breakfast. Anel at the receptionist, was extremely helpfull to us, and for that we are very grateful her and all the staff at the Union hotel. The rooms are basic, but served our purpose very adequately."

"Kantu was excellent!!! In a very good location for tourism and pick up place for your activities that you have planned out for your stay. They have oxygen incase you need it for altitude sickness. Breakfast Buffet included with your stay as well. I enjoy my stay recommend 100% very professional and great customer service."
