This is one of the most amazing hotels I have stayed at. The outside is a small unassuming alley, but open the door and a beautifully constructed hotel. The decor is simultaneously modern and classic all at once, and the rooms are clean, modern, roomy, with great amenities. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and gave me a tour of the hotel before walking me to my room and going through it's features. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast!

Parking is on the property and tram access for the old city is just across from the entrance. Staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was excellent.

We stayed in several hotels during our trip to the Netherlands and Germany and the Boutique Hotel Annamaes was our favorite for many reasons. It was the only comfortable bed I slept in during the week and the rooms were gorgeous--simply and elegantly decorated. Beautiful rooftop for drinks and breakfast.

Second time I’ve stayed at this B&B. For me, it’s all about location. Love that I can drop my things in the evening at my room and then go enjoy and get dinner right down the block in the city center. Nothing fancy about the rooms but you can’t beat the location

Everything about this stay was perfect. The staff was very helpful and personable. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was made to order and very good. Tongeren is a lovely, quiet town. A terrific stay.

This hotel was a surprise. I didn't think I' d truly like it so much. The staff was extremely friendly. The decor of my room was genuinely to my persal taste and style. Great location the city market, restaurants, cafes, and social night life. Special note: The hotel's college student employee, sander, was not only willing to help me carry my bags to my room, he handles administrative matters professionally. He and the entire staff represent the hotel well. This hotel is a gem find.
