They are a themed boutique hotel but should be known for their incredible customer service. The owner, James goes out of his way to help in all aspects of your travel in Chile. He even found sources for me to buy tire chains in another town. The other owner, Chris is an excellent cook and the breakfast that is included was great. Simple clean hotel in a quiet area of Concepcion — need to taxi or have a car as not much nearby, but the hotel restaurant was very reasonable and good

The staff were kind and welcoming without exception. Breakfast is very robust and accomodating. A special thanks to the cleaning staff who are so thorough and caring!

We family of 6 , arrived past midnight , staff were very friendly Please don’t judge the hotel by they way it looks from outside , looks great from inside , clean bedding and has every thing Parking little far but manageable Overall, I certainly will go back and stay there again It is great to support family owned business

Spotless. Highly recommended place to stay. It is quiet, peaceful, full of nature. The staff was friendly and courteous. The A/C unit was enough to bring comfort either when hot and also at night with cool weather.

It was nice staying. Easy access to shopping malls with hub transportation. Breakfast also good!

This was a very nice and peaceful place to stay. The bathroom was very small but it worked out fine. The biggest complaint I have is that the gym and the pool did not open until 10:30 in the morning. Due to the late time of opening, we weren’t able to use the pool or gym.

The staff was helpful and kind, housekeeping was incredible (really above and beyond) and the rooms and amenities were all great! Absolutely a great choice and great location for anyone visiting Concepcion and the surrounding areas!
