Great food, cozy rooms and very helpful staff.

This is a wonderful property if you are looking for a place to relax for the weekend.

Very charming hotel in downtown Hachinohe. Walkable to the art museum, the JR line, and multiple dining options. If you like fruit, there is a fancy fruit parlor on the walk to the JR train. Staff is multi-lingual, attentive, and caring. The top floor amenities (popsicles, probiotics) were a big hit with our 12 year old.

Good facility with onsen!

"Ekimae" means in front of the train station and it is! Walk right out the station and there's your hotel. Our room had a view of the station and the famous bridge. One blockfrom A-Market (good food, excellent view), the Nebuta Museum (muse see) and walking distance to most downtown locations. Easy transfer from Aomori Station to Shin-Aomori where you catch the Shinkansen (bullet train) back to Tokyo.

Hotel is within walking distance from the nearest station (Hon-hachinohe). Friendly and accommodating staff. Room features are okay but nothing exceptional. Room and bathroom are clean

Room and amenities were lovely. I didn’t get to take advantage of the onsen but it looked really nice. Bathroom especially was so pristine and great smelling products. My only suggestion would be to make the stairs available for people to come up and down because the elevator can be very slow.
