This is one of my favourite London hotels. The location is second to none and the service is lovely. Although the rooms are starting to show their age a bit, they’re still lovely. My only gripes (and they’re small) are that they no longer have room toiletries from Bamford and their room service isn’t as good as it once was.

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

Beautiful room with a spectacular view of the Themes River. Room had every amenity, a beautiful new Hyatt, quiet and lovely. Great Breakfast Buffet! (The construction around them is not their fault, just made it inconvenient driving in for a jet lagged driver from the states!)

Great small hotel: of similar quality but better location than the Blake's Hotel (which is also one of my favorite small hotels in London). The bar, room service, food are top notch. Claridge's offers the right combination of everything. Charming and luxurious. Not too precious. Just the right amount of patina. The staff is the best I've ever encountered. They get everything right. Friendly but not too friendly. Polite but not pretentious. Genuine. Also, I never felt like anyone was soliciting me for a tip - for anything.

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

Very convenient to Earl's Court tube in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely garden.

The level of service and personal attention was exceptional and unmatched anywhere else during our three weeks of travel. We were made to feel special from the moment were exited the cab. Best choice in London!

My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark. Friendly staff made it a great place.
