Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable and well located. Affordable. If you are coming to Bristol by coach the hotel is within bag-dragging distance from the coach station. Staff very friendly, breakfast impressive in its variety, rooms clean and well maintained. Beds soft with crisp white clean linen. Will look forward to coming back.

A charming historic place built in 1450 with a delightful hostess.

I never do reviews but felt as if I had to since my wife and I had such an amazing stay at this hotel. Perfect location to walk to all the sites in Bath. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Absolutely brilliant stay! 2 adults and a teen were incredibly comfortable. Very quick bus into Bath, the stop is very close to the Lorne House. Our host was attentive to our every need. We were personally welcomed at our late arrival time and made to feel at home. Sparkling clean in every room with luxury toiletries. Very comfortable beds and a quiet peaceful location. The town of Box is very charming. Several restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Excellent breakfast...

Stayed here with my daughter for one night stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the place runs like clockwork. Stunning views over Clifton Bridge from Patio Bar. A beautiful location outside the centre of town. Far and away the best place to stay in Bristol - will be back!

The hotel is so beautiful and clean! The room looked brand new even though the building is extremely old. The staff though are next level. So kind and helpful! The only negatives would be the shower, that doesn’t keep water inside, and since there are not any restaurants nearby it would be nice if breakfast was included or there was a discount for the restaurant downstairs.

The location was excellent and was within easy walking distance to the historic center of Bath.

The location is perfect. You can see the Abby out your window. Steps away from shopping and dining. Linens clean and soft. Very comfortable.
