"Loved everything about the place. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean. The rooftop bar was lovely with a great view. One suggestion would be to have more than just one mug and one coffee cup when the room is able to accommodate two or more guests."

"We were in Foggy Bottom for two days/one evening. It was clean and safe. The staff was helpful and inviting. I really had a great time, as did my children. It’s a bit of a walk to the Mall/museums, but we are used to it. Parking was valet but I felt so fortunate that it could accommodate my vehicle. Often I can’t find a parking garage that fits its height of 6’9”. "

"Quality hotel expectations within unique boutique digs— I wish I’d discovered this foggy bottom gem sooner during my regular K!center trips over the years. Great spot, awesome staff, quiet and classic neighborhood. I always appreciate a place with historic personality and tasteful updates, it’s difficult to find them anymore even in DC.

"Our family of three women had an excellent stay in DC Hyatt on M Street. The staff were standout. Kirk in security, Marina and Faraf at the front desk and Pat in the restaurant went the extra mile to make us comfortable and took care of every concern.
Thank you staff. You are the best!

We stayed at the Tempo with our kids and had a great stay. The location was great for exploring the city. This is one of the only hotels I’ve seen offer two king beds which was a huge bonus, not to mention the beds were super comfy! The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. Their espresso martini at the bar in the best one I’ve ever had! Richard providing excellent service in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Super clean and offers a nice restaurant and small gym. Parking in their garage is $48. A day, but we were able to leave the car there worry free as we biked and walked downtown.

I had 3 people with me. Our room had 2 queen size beds and a pullout couch. The kitchen had a full size fridge, microwave, electric stove and a dishwasher.
The front desk staff were personable and helpful. There were two rude, obnoxious ladies working at the complimentary breakfast service, but they were the only unpleasant employees we encountered. (Breakfast consists of waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, beverages and other items.)

We had an amazing stay here. I booked this place due to location and the previous reviews. We were delighted. The staff is amazingly friendly and efficient. The were decorated nicely and most importantly the bed was comfortable! We had a lunch and 2 breakfasts in the restaurant. The meals were not overpriced and were quite tasty. Without a doubt, we will stay here again if we are in DC.

It was my first time staying and it did not disappoint. Its a very historical building so if you love the charm of hidden features this is it. The wi dows also open which was amazing being so high up with a perfect view of the capitol. I cant wait to book again. The desk attendant Fiie was very sweet and polite. Check in was easy and a breeze. The expedia VIP bag was cute and mich appreciated after my long drive.

I always try to stay in nice affordable hotels that sometimes lead to disappointment but this was a very nice hotel that was worth every penny. I really enjoyed my stay in this room, the room felt modern with no carpet (which I enjoyed), the headboard was leather (easy to wipe), and the bathroom had a modern shower head with a handheld shower which was great. The only part I had a problem with was the shower door and floor did not connect well so no matter what I tried the floor got wet. I...

I had never stayed in a hostel before, but I was coming to town to do research at the National Archives, and did not need a whole hotel room that I was never going to be in. The beds were comfortable, all of the other guests were respectful and clean, and I got to interact with a variety of people from different places. The internet connection was fast and strong throughout the building, and there was plenty of other entertainment - i.e., TV, games, books, etc - available if you didn't have any...
