Beautiful property with lovely rooms. Location is quiet, so it is a little distance to main tourist sites. As the pool is part of the building (commercial) gym, no kids allowed, which was a shame.

I had the privilege to stay in the Garden Suite, with access to the Club Lounge. The check-in was SWIFT. A manager came, handled my little luggage and a bell-boy took over and walked me to the Club Lounge. Hot & cold drinks & tea-time snacks were served. I spent an hour before going to the Suite. The suite is IMPECCABLE, from the furnishing to the amenities (Imabari towels) & toiletries (Bamford). It has a large balcony. Though it was rather windy, I kept one of the large panels open. The VIEWS...

Our stay at Four Seasons Tokyo at Marunouchi was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel delivers true luxury, not just through its beautiful rooms and prime location, but through its people.

The concierge and front desk teams were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. Whether it was...

The Peninsula Tokyo lives up to the Penisula's reputation as a premier hotel. The staff is incredible and our trip was capped off with a last minute dinner reservation the concierge was able to get us at one of Tokyo's Michelin two star restaurants.

The rooms were spacious and luxurious (amenities such as tooth paste, pajamas etc). The room service was fast and tasty. The front desk, house keeping were all incredible! The hotel is by far one of the best 5 stars we’ve stayed at.

Pro: Everything
Con: 10 mins to the nearest subway station
Before the stay, we had high expectation of Omani Executive house zen, because it is known as one of the best hotels in Tokyo. After our stay, I believe it is the best of best hotels. I would shorten my review by save words for my compliment of the beautiful facility, please check out my photos below. Just the beautiful garden itself, it is already worth the price we paid. I believe what make new Otani executive house Zen stands out...

The huge private garden (like a private park) with 3 story pagoda is incredible and the pools, onsen, sauna and hot tubs are really nice.
This was once a Four Seasons Hotel and still now remains one the best classic Ritz Carlton like hotels in Tokyo.

Hotel location is very good and within walking distance from metro/JR train stations and Tokyo station shopping district. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We found the rooms to be very large and comfortable. We had a minor clog in the toilet and it was fixed quickly after we reported it. Our only regret is that the reservation spot available at the Sushi Sora restaurant was too late for us. Overall enjoyed the stay very much.
