The hotel is stunning!! We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it. There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.

This is a wonderful luxury hotel. Our suite on the 13th floor had floor-to-ceiling windows and a 24- hour hot water running onsen-type tub. The staff was so kind and helpful (although they didn't seem to know that much about local shops/restaurants, or where to get certain Japanese-made goods.) This hotel was right in the heart of Namba so close to the train stations and tons of restaurants. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. We loved having the washer/dryer in our room so we could do laundry while we were out. Staff was very welcoming and gave us early check in which I really appreciated since we walked 20 minutes on the sun to arrive here. The room was clean, spacious; The hotel looked clean as well. There is some very faint train noise due to the location next to the tracks but it's not really that bad; The only note I have is that there's nothing going on in the area so you have to either take a taxi or walk to the station to get to places; Otherwise excellent.
