What a fantastic family hotel! I say hotel a little loosely, because it is really a family house that you can rent for a night or several.
Watanabe-san may be the most hospitable person we have crossed on this planet. Not only did he open the door while we were getting organized outside his establishment, but he did not panic or get upset when our littlest (6 years) immediately stepped with shoes on the internal floor.

Really great hotel. Excellent location, walkable to tons of dining options, supermarkets and shopping. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is wonderful and pleasant to deal with. What we loved was hotel’s snack area (open until 10pm). They always had little snacks that guests could enjoy, ranging from coffee/tea to yoghurt and baked goodies. We were a family of 4 and had 2 connecting rooms. The rooms are not very spacious, but the beds are very comfortable. No noise issues whatsoever. We...

What a fantastic stay! Very comfortably fit the four of us- two adults and two kids. The lobby staff were a very international group and so very helpful and warm. The area is perfect- a very short walk to the subway where you can get to Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku etc with ease (there’s a loft for strollers around the corner too!). 7-11 across the street was perfect for breakfast every day- smoothies, coffees, pastries and more. The Hei shrine around the corner makes for a lovely stroll and photo...

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The hotel itself is new so everything was pristine and modern. It is a business hotel so expect the rooms to be small - there was enough space to open a couple suitcases on the floor, but we had to keep them closed up most of the time to feel comfortable moving around.
The public bath facility is excellent and a really nice amenity to have. Very clean and nice baths, one indoors and one outdoors with micro bubbles.
You must have the hotel...

Great find near Shinagawa and Sengakuji stations. Staff super helpful and pros. Would like more variety on the breakfast buffet. Luckily the Shinagawa station has the Atre’ with more options. Offers you access to the Shinkansen and Best Buy walking distance would stay here again as it’s a short train stopfrom Haneda

Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well.
We made this hotel our home for 3 days, but would have been pretty comfortable even for a week. We will keep this...

Section L was a great apartment hotel experience! I only stayed briefly, but the front desk staff helped me with getting my bags to my room, making sure everything was sorted for my stay, answered the questions that I had regarding an early morning check out, and I think that it was all a great experience overall! I would gladly stay there again to have a nice home-like stay in Hamamatsucho.

Excellent location near multiple train/subway lines. It is a great value, but be warned that the smallest room will truly only accommodate one person and that is one person without a lot of luggage. The staff was very friendly and it serves as a comfortable but snug place to rest!

Hotel had everything needed and was tucked back in a quiet area of the city. The walk to the train station took just a few minutes and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby too.
Every amenity needed was provided which was very appreciated, including a refrigerator in the lobby full of water bottles for guests to grab whenever. The breakfast buffet had a nice mix of options from traditional foods to stuff for more western tastes. Despite being unable to have gluten or lactose, I...

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Monterey. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to forwarding our luggage. The rooms were consistently clean and restocked.
Breakfast was a little expensive for us, but luckily the area is very walkable with plenty of conbini and restaurants nearby

Located close to transportation and was very easy to find. Many things around the area to do are close by. Staff was great and the facilities were nice.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Convenient location, quiet, and excellent staff. They are exceptional. Breakfast a surprise, just breads. However, coffee very good. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a variety of juices offered all day! Although the rooms are small, we were quite comfortable. We would stay there again.
