"I’ve been a frequent guest at the Sheraton Tribeca for the past 10 years, and it truly feels like my home in New York City.
The hotel has recently been renovated and looks better than ever. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of SoHo and within walking distance of some of the best neighborhoods, restaurants, and shops in Manhattan.
One of the highlights is definitely the incredible view of the Empire State Building — in my opinion, one of the best views you can get from a hotel in...

"Ravi was an excellent worker at the Sonder Tribeca facility. As soon as I arrived he helped me with a code to get in and even helped my door dash food deliverer find me to give me my food. The hotel was easy. Small but clean new sheets and new towels. Aircon was working. Water was good temperature. Location is honestly amazing. Close to trains or if you're good at walking close to Soho etc. I would stay here again. Thank you Ravid and sonders."

A couple of little complaints. Minor, but would have expected a hotel of this caliber to have complimentary hand cream and chocolates on your pillow at night.
Otherwise, a beautiful hotel, great restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

The Roxy has it all. A great hotel experience enhanced by having a superb jazz club, movie theater, dining options, and cool factor all baked into the property. Great service, great vibes, fun, comfortable, responsive, special. Will stay here again for sure. Maybe the best NYC hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

We were impressed with how nice the hotel was for the money. The staff was very polite and welcoming. For NYC, the rooms were decent size. Nice new tv with smart functions so you can either watch directv or sign into your preferred streaming service. We had city view rooms with a nice park view. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the closest metro stop but this is a minor quibble. The excellent Uncle Lou is across the street and a must visit for Chinese food fans. Would stay here again.
