This beautifully remodeled hotel in the middle of downtown was immaculate. The front desk staff was extremely polite, helpful, and generous with their time, offering good advice and directions for navigating the parking structure and the hotel. My room was of generous size with a unique use of the spacing offered by an old, retrofitted downtown building. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Our RV broke down so we found ourselves at Hotel Retlaw. The staff were all so nice and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful. The cafe was nice to have downstairs. The location on Main Street was perfect for walking to a number of restaurants and bars since we didn’t have a car. Thanks to all the staff for helping make a crummy situation a little better through your kindness!

We stay here every time we visit Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and we always have a great experience. Everything is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and we always sleep well. The ambience of the hotel was very elegant and classic. We did not get a chance to stop at the bar lounge, however, it looked like they had more than enough to make whatever drinks you would like. The room itself was very cute, the only thing is we still had hair on the sink and in the shower from previous visitors. This is not a dealbreaker, however, it does show that cleaning staff should be more vigilant. Other than that, our stay was very good.
