Fantastic view over Adriátic sea and mountains. Beautiful SPA facilites, unfortuntely many were out of service. Nice gym with a wonderful view. Breakfast buffet was fresh but had limited choices, the fruits were particularly tasty but there was no consistency in bread choices and slow refills, the restaurant was okay. The service ranges from exceptional to severely lacking and in the worst case even somewhat rude depending on which of the staff members you are talking to. What we enjoyed the most was the relaxation and the daily boat tour that takes you to Tivat and shows you an amazing view of the surrounding landscapes from the sea. All in all a great hotel and we had an amazing time here but we felt that it was slightly lacking in several areas to be marketed and priced as a 5-star hotel.

Terrible management! This is not a 5 star hotel in terms of service, cleanliness and quality. This beachfront hotel with beautiful pools has everything it needs to be exceptional, but poor leadership ruins the entire experience. Our room was not ready until 4:00, and when we finally checked in, it had not been properly cleaned. No one escorted us to our room. We had to find and carry our luggage that was left in an unlocked storage room without luggage tags or registeration. Throughout our stay, cleanliness was consistently unacceptable. Dirty towels, poorly maintained sunbeds, and a general lack of hygiene are simply unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. The hotel clearly prioritizes beach club visitors over its own guests. We constantly felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. The most shocking moment came when we tried to order a coffee at 12:15 PM. We were told the hotel doesnt serve coffee after 12:00 PM. When we asked why, the staff explained that management had decided they needed to focus on serving cocktails for the beach club instead of making coffee for hotel guests. That says everything about the hotel’s priorities. The staff worked hard and remained polite, but they looked stressed and unsupported. The hotel is also located far from everything. A 5star hotel in this location should provide a shuttle service every hour. With competent management, this property could be outstanding. Unfortunately, in its current state, I cannot recommend it.

There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE AN EMAIL.? The EMAIL ASKED ME TO EXPLAIN MY COMPLAINT. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO AN ENEMY

Wirklich schade, denn das Hotel selbst ist wirklich schön, aber leider schlecht geführt. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Jacuzzi, welches erst auf Reklamation geheizt wurde - also erst am 2.Tag nutzbar. Damit wir überhaupt Liegen oder irgendwelche Terassenmöbel bekamen mussten wir 4mal fragen- dann wurden die lieblos hingeklatscht - ohne Auflagen, ohne Handtücher - gut haben wir dann selbst besorgt. Am Anfang war ein Event, also hat sich niemand um uns gekümmert. Der Weg zum Strand deswegen gesperrt - auch okay. Wir mussten am ersten Abend mehrfach bitten Abendessen zu bekommen (einer sagte, es ist alles geschlossen, andere sagten, es ist offen) oder was zu trinken, laute Musik inklusive - hätte ma uns ja einfach darauf hinweisen können und mit netter und korrekter Auskunft hätten wir uns auch angepasst - aber wir waren einfach unwichtig. Klimaanlage war erst ab dem zweiten Tag eingestellt, die erste Nacht somit unerträglich warm im Zimmer. Frühstück konfus, aber okay - außer, dass nicht gedeckt ist und das Angebot unklar. Kellner waren recht bemüht, wenn man etwas lästig war - aber wer will schon lästig sein müssen?! Am Ende wurden wir gefragt was wir aus der minibar konsumiert hatten - nur, dass die gar nie befüllt war! Echt jetzt?! Das Nachbarzimmer stand übrigens die ganze Zeit unbenützt und sehr unaufgeräumt offen mit brennendem Licht - das hat niemand interessiert! Jacuzzi wird nicht gereinigt. Hilfe mit Gepäck auch Fehlanzeige - als um das Geld? Nein danke! Zu mühsam!
