The rooms are spacious and the staff is super friendly. The location is beautiful, I just wish we had the chance to explore the surrounding area more. The only negatives we experienced were that the rooms were too warm and the AC doesn’t really work; opening the windows is fine but since there is no net it’s easy for bugs to get into the room. The second in the outdated key system where the key stops working if it gets close to a phone. We had to visit the reception multiple times during our 4 day stay.

Poor service

Unfortunately we had several instances of poor service during our one night stay. Our room was not ready and we had to go back several times and always got info to wait 20 more minutes. At the end we decided to have lunch and gave them until 15:30 to get it ready. There were issues with key card to room and tennis court. The pictures showed a gym, but no one could tell us where it was etc etc. Positive was quality of dinner, food was good. Also we had a Nespresso machine in our junior suite and that is always a +. If you want to get out from the city and do not have any expectations on service and facility functionality this is an ok place.

receptionist was bad service

I arrive in station from Barcelona sants to bantya station air 2 pm and there was no taxi call the hotel to send me one and the receptionist told me they dont have taxi services?? I said have a reservation and he said he will try??? I then he cut off I called again and he said all hotel taxis were busy til 3 pm? I said send me from a taxi company please as I had an appointment at 3pm!! he cut off again and I called 4 times then I call the clinic next door to hotel where I had an appointment and they sent a taxi!! this is really very bad service.!! apart from it the hotel is nice I had dinner buffet and was delicious and room is big an clean, and the air-condition work!!

The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. We even found a bag from previous guests). The room was an OK size, but the heater did not work well either. We even switched to cold air, but the temperature was the same. The pool is pretty old, smells bad (too much chlorine), and makes you feel odd. Not good for relaxing. I would qualify it as a 2 stars hotel, maximum 3 stars. No way this is a 4 stars hotel. And for sure, I am not coming back.

Be aware of food policy.

Hello. You have sent me an email asking for my opinion of the hotel. I am sad that the manager thinks I was there for him and not the other way around. What kind of 4-star hotel is this which does not allow guests to eat in peace and quiet in their own rooms? First of all, I was not even thinking this is not possible, so I made myself a sandwich during breakfast and I wanted to take it to my room. Some guy approached me when I was waiting for an elevator and told me this is not allowed. He did not introduce himself; he was not dressed in any hotel uniform, and he did not have any tags. He embarrassed me in from of my 13 years old son, who was confused as well. I apologised and said that I was not aware of this policy and I would remember that in the future. This person insisted that I need to either get back and eat what I took in the canteen or throw it away. I said that this would be a waste and also I paid 18 Euro for those. He did not blink and took sandwiches away from me, turned around and left. I will not get into the details of how he made me feel, despite me apologising to him for omitting the sign about eating in the rooms. I never expected the sign in the first place. The staff inside did not say anything about this policy. I assumed I can take a sandwich to my room. What kind of hotel would not allow that, especially for 18 euros? He embarrassed me in front of my son and wanted to teach me a lesson. I do not wish to anyone get such treatment.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y la cama era bastante cómoda, aunque las almohadas muy blandas, la TV no era Smart. Había tomas USB para carga que no funcionaban, y las tarjetas llave se desmagnetizaron sin razón aparente, en recepción nos encontramos con otra pareja que les había pasado lo mismo. El personal muy amable, pero dos veces que necesitamos ayuda en recepción no había nadie, casi 10 minutos para que alguien apareciera. En el bar un camarero bastante justo (caña con 4 dedos de espuma, 5 minutos para cobrarnos a mi y a otro cliente que ya esperaba cuando llegué yo...) y otro camarero excelente (ofreció copa helada para la cerveza y nos dió un bol de palomitas como tapa). Precios algo caros, pero aceptables para el sitio. Bufet libre 5/10: en la cena opciones bastante justas y de calidad aceptable. Carta de vinos correcta pero no había en blancos ninguno de los dos vinos DO Bages. En desayuno bastante mejor, opciones ricas y variadas, menos el café que un desastre. El SPA bien, algo antiguo pero bien cuidado, con varias piscinas de diferentes temperaturas y hidromasages, sauna, vapor, duchas... Hicimos también un masaje relajante que estubo bien, pero aunque la masajista era buena en su trabajo no paró de hablar casi en toda la sesión con temas algo personales que creo no eran necesarios. Eché en falta música ambiente también. En general: un buen sitio al que tal vez le falta un lavado de cara y un personal un poco más profesional.

Es un buen sitio para desconectar, la comida genial, el personal que me atendió son unos crack, haciendo mención a Paula de recepción y a Carlos (Camarero). El problema de este hotel es que tenían la calefacción a tope y no la podian apagar, vino 2 veces el chico de mantenimiento y no me lo pudo solucionar. No se podía estar en la habitación delo calor, sudabas y te mareabas. Por la noche tuve que abrir las ventanas, pero claro afuera hacian 4 grados, en cuanto soplaba una brisa te morias de frio y si no soplaba te asabas. Sinceramente fué un problema grave ya que apenas pude dormir, además hablé con otros clientes y el problema era general.
