Reception staff were brilliant. They gave us a fantastic 2 bedroom suite. The hotel itself is really beautiful. Some places rate it 4 star and some 5 but I would definitely say it’s more towards 5 star. Water in the shower was not very hot and water pressure was weak. Room was quite chilly at night. Breakfast was plentiful but not much we actually liked as a western family. Maybe aimed more towards Chinese people. These are all minor issues and I would definitely stay here again.
