Great customer service! From holding our luggage when we arrived early, to accepting a delivery for us, and helping us book a taxi, all the staff were extremely helpful and nice. The location was also very convenient and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Super hotel. Stayed in one of the vault rooms which was lovely and a bit different. Bathroom very nice decorated and fitted out, included a freestanding bath. Our only slight negative was the amount of late night street noise due to the location of our room. Wouldnt stop us staying at the indigo again.

The hotel is in a brilliant location. Extremely friendly, helpful and professional staff at the front desk. No real problems at all, except for the guests in the room above ours who seemed to be stomping around and moving furniture in their room from 5am. Pros Location was central and everything in Bath was in easy walking distance. Several car parks nearby - we used Podium. Room was lovely- massive bathroom with double shower and free standing bath. Nice bar and sitting area adjacent to the reception. Small but functional gym. Cons Window in our room was broken so we had to switch rooms - staff member sorted swiftly. Breakfast is overpriced for the food and selection available. Room service menu - could do with more options.

Had a wonderful stay in Bath. Initially stayed in a vault room (which was beautifully appointed and very cool), but felt a little claustrophobic there, being underground. The staff was super accommodating in getting us a very nice room on a higher floor. Beautiful space, food was excellent, and the location was quiet and convenient for walking the town. Next door to a gorgeous, historic Catholic Church. 5 stars for me!
