The hotel was amazing in terms of cleanliness, location and facilities. Feel was very corporate, no pleasantries like "how was your day?" or "can I recommend...?" which, some people may enjoy but I prefer a more personal feel. Similarly, hidden costs on the way in (RM40 for some reason poorly explained) and pricing for drinks or food at the hotel was easily 8-10 times the cost of everywhere else in Kuala Lumpur which made us more reluctant to spend a day by the pool. Limited vegetarian options at breakfast but meat options and local dishes were good.

Elegant and refined, this hotel is perfectly located for exploring Kuala Lumpur’s must-see attractions, set in a vibrant neighbourhood full of great dining and shopping options. What truly sets it apart, however, is the outstanding service. From Towfiq and the entire Front Desk team, to Hasib at breakfast, Rana from Housekeeping, and Naveed and Bir at the entrance, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth, attentiveness and professionalism. They didn’t just meet expectations, they elevated the entire stay. This will undoubtedly be our go-to place in KL next time.
