It was a relaxing stay but the only bad thing was the problem with our door but the staff (Rene) was so helpful

4/10 Fair

Unfortunately we don’t have many good things to share. If you’re an allergy sufferer, do not stay here! The first room we were assigned smelled so strongly of mildew/ mold that we had to change rooms. The second room was better but was extremely dusty. All furniture was very well worn. The hot breakfast was cold, but this area was definitely the cleanest. We were surprised this hotel had the rating it did on hotels.com!

6/10 Good

The price was good, nothing luxurious. Staff was nice. Room was outdated with carpet. Basic amenities. The roof was very humid when we got there but after a while the AC worked well. The bedding is a little stiff.

2/10 Poor

The hotel smelled like Marijuana and there were people smoking and drinking alcohol outside. The smell was not tolerable and at times over the night there were loud noises coming from different floors and rooms. Did not feel safe as we had children.
