Overall the stay was ok. Rooms are nice and spacious, however if you are on the bottom floor definitely bring ear plugs because you will hear ever step if someone is above you. That or they had a heard of elephants in the room above me.

I My stay at your resort was beyond excellent. The welcome they provided for our stay left the warmest feeling in our hearts. My daughter who is in the Marine Corps wanted to stay at your hotel. We have very fond memories from years past. This summer she was able to bring her son. We have such a great day. Even though it was limited you & your staff made it so great. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Proud Marine mom!

We enjoyed our stay at the Wingate in the Wisconsin Dells immensely. The waterpark was just perfect for our one year old. The hotel was nicely kept up and clean. We also appreciated the wonderful hot breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay. Kristin was working the front desk the day we arrived, and helped us immensely! She was very welcoming and kind. Our toddler also loved their pool area. We would recommend this place to anyone, but those especially with younger children!

Property was very well maintained. Rooms are a good size with mini fridges and microwave. Outdoor pool was a bit small but has 3 slides that older kids would enjoy. Indoor pool has a great area for younger kids with shallow depth and two fun slides. The only downside was the humidity and overwhelming smell of chlorine at the indoor pool, they need better ventilation or to open some windows.

The front office staff was amazing! We went as a birthday trip for my daughter and the staff was so great and made her feel so special. It was so clean and the pools were great! Breakfast was perfect for a quick bite before heading home.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I’ve honestly never stayed at a hotel that was this clean. You could see employees constantly taking care of the property—sweeping the parking lot, vacuuming the hallways, and making sure everything looked spotless. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean and were a huge hit with our kids. The complimentary breakfast offered all the typical favorites, including waffles, pancakes, cereal, toast, bagels, and more. Overall, we had an excellent experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

The breakfast could have been better if there was different things each day. It was always the same. And on the last day they ran out of flavored creamer for coffee. Which was disappointing. The pool inside was cold to find out the heater wasn’t working. It was still able to be used and we appreciated the staff working on it. Hot tub & Kitty pool were the most used for us!! Maybe add more tables in the pool area for families as chairs get used easily by smaller parties.

8/10 Very good

The hotel its self was very nice and clean. The really only thing that I got irritated from was the amount of chlorine smell at the indoor pool. It burned our eyes as soon as we walked in. There is an outdoor pool which is really nice also. The breakfast was a good variety of food.
