This hotel was definitely a budget hotel but we found it clean and comfortable. If you only care about a place to sleep and shower and the amenities like the pool, it’s worth the price! If you expect superb room service in an updated room with a generous coffee bar, this isn’t the place for you. We’d definitely stay again!

We stayed here for our anniversary getaway. The pictures online seemed to over portray the property condition. Upon arrival, check in was great. Staff were awesome. However, when we were heading to the room, the hallways were swarmed with little gnats, smelled of smoke, and our room was not what we expected. The sheets were stained and covered in hair. We called the front desk and Patrick was very helpful and brought us a fresh set of linens. The bathroom floor and shower were visibly dirty.

Our room was nice & cozy and the beds were comfortable. Convenient location at the edge of town with wonderful views. The outdoor deck was a lovely place to sit and relax. This location sits right after going through Big Thompson area and before entering the main area of the beautiful Estes Park. The staff was excellent. The room was very comfortable. We took advantage of the nice pool, firepit and arcade room. A big shout out to Garrett in maintenance who came to my rescue. After a nice stay at your hotel and at the park, I walked out to my vehicle that wouldn't start. He stopped what he was doing to come and help me and thank God after the battery jump I was able to return home today with no other problems. Thank you Garrett for the help. I will bring my family back sometime in the future as Estes is one of my favorite places in CO.

Older facility, needs a little TLC and repair. But clean and quiet. The staff is incredibly helpful. The shuttle stops nearby, so really could do the town without having to worry about parking.the upstairs patio is a lovely place to sit in sun, drink coffee and watch the local elk herd stroll by. Would stay again.
