Missing from this property is some complimentary things, like coffee and basic breakfast items. There are things available for purchase but some minimal complimentary items would be nice. Other than that, the property was clean, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We always felt safe!

Loved the location, the pool was great and I appreciated a coffee maker and small fridge in the room. Staff was very helpful and gave us early entry passes to the park. My only complaint was that I was told the small store in the lobby would open at 8:00 am but when we left at 8:45 the next morning it still wasn't open.

Staff was very helpful at check in & after needing a wheelchair since making the reservation, they kindly switched us to a handicapped accessible room. Very nice & spacious. Wished we could have used the nice pool area, but it started raining. I would love to stay here again. A nice distance to Cedar Point.

Plenty of free parking, close to the park and the pool area is nice. The room is standard but the mini fridge actually has a real freezer. The desk is small and the wifi is ok if you need to do any work. We were there 4 nights but our room only got cleaned every other day. We were there for a baseball tournament.

We woke up sore from an uncomfortable mattress and it wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. I’ve seen worst though. The staff were wonderful and the outdoor pool area was great landscaping was beautiful. We found evidence of B.B. spots on the curtains. My husband and Daughter felt like they got bit in the middle of the night. I would not stay here again. I picked this over all the others because it was a Cedar Point resort and had the better ratings. Not what I expected. Next time we stay it will be at Castaway Bay
