The property is nice, the pool is new and beautiful and the staff was friendly as well as supportive. The accommodation itself is in a bad shape, our apartment was dirty and it provided a bad vibe due to the disregard of aesthetic and cleanness.

This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. In the end we really appreciated the value of this stay and the quiet location where it was. The room was everything we needed for our weekend adventure, somewhere to relax and unwind after being out all day and with all the ameneties needed to be comfortable. I forgot my toiletry bag and realised when we were travelling back to Germany, but the staff were incredibly helpful in shipping it back to me! And although it was not valuable this saved me so much stress, I really appreciate everything they did!

As I entered the apartment I immediately noticed a strong chlorine smell. Later I realized that it was used to cover a horrible smell coming from the bathroom sink which spread into the whole room. I decided to leave the day after. I acknowledge how nice and courteous the attendants at this place were. But I was miserable that night and I couldn’t sleep. I hope they’ll refund my money.

An absolute no go!! horrible experience!! this accommodation seems to be a workers' residence, not a tourist place. We had 2 nights of nightmare, with a drunk/very high individual in the room nearby shouting, crying, smashing furniture...with the security and the management doing nothing about it!! avoid at all costs!!

Il y'a une grosse différence entre les photos qui doivent être des chambres particulières, et la chambre en question. Une kitchinette avec quelques casserolles, une bouilloir à dispo mais pas de verre, pas de couvert. Et puis je ne pensais pas passer quasiment 2h de mon temps à 1h du matin à faire une session plomberie suite à une chasse d'eau dans un état tel que le simple fait de tirer la chasse à produit un jeser continu avec impossibilité de couper l'eau. Ca ma vallu une douche d'eau de toilette avec recherche de moyen de fixer le système de chasse qui avait déjà été réparé avec une petit bouteille de champoing (????).

L’hôtel est bien située au plein nature et champs agricoles , en revanche on a légèrement étais déçus par le manque de propreté du lieu , y avais des taches partout dans les murs et le sol n’étais pas si propre que ça , pour le reste ça allais mais le lavabo étais également bouchée , ils sont intervenue au bout de 2 jours après la reclamation.

En arrivant nous avons senti une odeur désagréable dans l'appartement . Douche trop étroite et très vétuste avec un robinet descellé du mur. L'equipement de cuisine est minimum. Pas de voilage à la fenêtre alors que l'appartement est au 1er etage et donne sur le parking. La couette est trop étroite. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans douche.

Un séjour assez mitigé, Le couloir était extrêmement poussiéreux dans les couloirs des odeurs de cannabis. Pour l'appartement, dans l'ensemble ça allait le but était de dormir et de profiter de l'extérieur Les portes venez de prendre des coups la literie était bien la vaisselle on a dû quand même relaver Le canapé a besoin de changement ainsi que les tables et les chaises qui sont rouillées
