It was under construction and being renovated. When it gets done the place will be very nice. The pool looked amazing and they even had a lazy river. The rooms could use a little updating but the beds amd amenities were very nice. When the work is done it will be a gem of a hotel!!!

I reserve my 5 star for after renovation. I will comeback again. As of now, the room was good. The breakfast buffet was good. Location is good for someone who dont mind to drive. Nothing is walkable distance , fyi. But to find this hotel was easy. Parking lots is a abundant.

Hotel perfecto si tienes que volar pronto. Muy agradecidos con la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores y gratamente sorprendidos con la calidad de la comida. Un plus la piscina.

hotel is generally OK but the stay was during the time hotel was used for a COVID quarantine location, so it was a bit gloomy and quiet, felt a bit scary as well.

Reasonable price with cleanliness & service.

I'm satisfied with the level of cleanliness of the room, comfort and service provided. However, i suggest the hotel should provide family rooms at all level because when i ask for other level, they said there's no room, only at that level.

It was an overnight stay on the way to Redang Island. It was adequate but dated. The view from the room was lovely, but staff could be friendlier.

Raia Hotels need some work to do before it can be a great hotel. Your guests parked at the side of the road but a designated parking area is available and empty. Something wrong here is it? And breakfast buffet was frustrating. You have the facilities, you got the potential. Still can improve. Other than this, everything was good. The room was good, the staff was nice, the hotel itself looks good inside and outside. Recommended for business travellers like me as it is near the airport, but for vacation, probably hotels in Kuala Terengganu City would be better.
