I would like to rate the hotel.
The room is quite small, and the lighting is yellowish and quite dim. The shower has plenty of hot water, though. The room facilities are basic, and breakfast is very simple—so I wouldn’t set expectations too high.
Because I arrived from a long-distance bus and it was already around 10:50 PM, the area was very quiet and almost empty. It felt a bit scary, especially since I was traveling alone. I later found out that their reception has limited hours services, and fortunately I was able to check in just before 11:00 PM. So everyone should pay attention to that.
That said, the hotel staff were polite and very helpful. They were also willing to store my luggage for a few hours.
As for getting around, there is no Uber in the town. They offered to arrange a taxi for me, which was helpful—but it’s best to plan extra time because taxis can arrive need plenty of time and the timing may be a bit tight.
Overall, the location is quiet, and it’s very convenient to walk to places to eat and to the supermarket.
The only downside is that there is no free water—you have to buy it yourself. Also, there were mosquitoes in the room, possibly because the room faces the garden.
Despite these issues, I’d say I’m still reasonably satisfied with this stay.
