Nos fue bien, pero el hotel estaba en obras, el restaurante era lento el servicio, el coche tuvo q ser valet parking, y lo cobraban. El wifi lo cobran.

The fact that the hotel is under major renovation was only communicated after I booked the hotel. Watch out for resort fees- those were not clear either.

I book through Expida after I book none refundable U sent me email hotel under construction but will be finished but my date was false hotel was month’s away from completion not Expida nor Marriot cares u just want to book I went for vacation no pool got charged on beah for n umbrellas wich if pool was in operation could have sat under free umbrellas I mean really be onist w customers before booking tell them your under construction!!

when i book my reservation the pool was supposedly going to be ready on march 10 and when I arrive at the hotel on april 1st surprise the pool wont be ready for another month,and when the say ocean view its a view of the side of the hotel I call false advertise.
People working in there extremely nice and friendly they deserve a lot.

Hotel and Hotel staff were great, Valet staff was equally great. Only wish we knew the pool was under construction. Beautiful place, would still recommend and stay again. But would be nice to know the pool was out of service prior to booking.

Will be a great property when complete. Pool should be available by May. Was supposed to be complete for our stay. Marriot did make arrangements for pool use next door to the resort.
Valet parking was quick and easy. Pretty long walks to restaurants.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel sent an email 2 weeks prior to arrival stating the pool was closed for renovation. The pool is why I booked this hotel in February. Too late to get another hotel so I thought at least it is on the beach. Beach towels not always available. I was not told the entrance, lobby, dining room was under renovation and closed while temporary reception, dining room were located in hallways. My wife and I spent premium price (approx. $6500.00) for 14 days in an outdated room with dirty carpets. Do not go before renovations complete.

When i originally booked the stay i had no idea the property was under renovation. No pool, no spa, no restaurants except and modified corridor turned restaurant. Room had major dust bunnies, magnifying mirror was off the wall and remote for tv was ridiculous. Our housekeeper and front desk were apologetic but not a great experience for the cost. Also we didn't live all the texts about tipping valet. I've been in the industry for 40 years and didn't appreciate constant reminders.
